Exploit or Explore is a choice based on Perspectives

🙋‍♂️New bridges are built to add capacity to traffic movement, older one isn’t safe anymore and to reach new destinations.

When traffic on the older bridge gets stuck and enough is exploited, there is a need to explore options for new ones.

However,the older bridges may continue to survive on a maintenance program or get demolished.

Everytime new bridges are built, there are many “new” facts built along with it . Design, materials, method, finances , route etc, and even the workmen and their capabilities.

This was possible by bringing new perspectives.

Similarly, we have choices in our lives, careers and business to either continue with a basic maintenance program and get stuck or rewire to bring new perspectives and build a new bridges which will be relevant for our future.

Look around to make an assessment and bring new perspectives or seek help of a coach who can bring in fresh #perspectives to make new bridges to build new futures.
