2019 I started my journey with self -coaching. As a certified Coaching Professional and NLP Practitioner, I am passionately helping people cope with their issues to grow out of their stuck position permanently. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career.
I am an alumni of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad featuring in top 100 global business schools listed by Financial Times, New York and empaneled with them as their coach for 2020 PGP( flagship MBA course) students.

I was introduced to Sumit through a coaching program organized by our School, Indian School of Business. As fresh students at a premier B-school, several of us were faced with new challenges and were further unable to rise to our potential due to varied reasons. The coaching program helped many of us put our best foot forward during the year.
As a coach, Sumit was highly instrumental in helping me achieve my full potential during my year at ISB. As someone who is generally underconfident in a group setting, I gained a lot of insights into my behaviour and worked with Sumit to bring out the more confident aspect of my personality into my everyday life. Sumit’s contribution was crucial factor that lead to my success in several national level business case competitions and ultimately in securing several coveted job offers during placements.

Perceptive Nature: Sumit was able to get to the root cause of an issue based on probing questions during the initial interviews. Often, the underlying causes were very different from the more visible effects. Uncovering these aspects would not have been possible without an capable outside perspective such as Sumit’s.
Methodical Approach : Sumit introduced me to the GROW model of coaching which enabled me to learn from my experience. This also involved helping me set clear, challenging and realistic goals and clearly outline the expected progress.
Approachability : In spite of his busy schedule, He took active interest in the success of his coachees and was even available for a quick helpful chat outside of our scheduled meetings. Having a diverse set of experience, Sumit was able to understand and relate to the problems faced in my professional and academic settings. Additionally, His friendly nature and winning attitude left an indelible mark on me.
